    Application Specialist - Analytical Instrumentation (Food & Agriculture) KPM Analytics | Westborough, MA (starts onsite, goes hybrid after training)

    Were looking for someone whos happiest with their hands on an instrument, running samples, figuring out why something isnt working, and explaining what they found in a way that actually helps the customer.

    KPM Analytics makes the instruments and software that food, agriculture, and industrial companies rely on to check quality and keep their processes running right. This role sits right in the middle of our lab and our sales team, youll be the person who proves, with real data, that our equipment does what we say it does.

    Youll spend about half your time in our Westborough lab and the other half visiting customers, plants, food processing facilities, university labs, across North America.

    What youll actually be doing

    Running sample analysis in the lab and writing up clear reports on what you find Demoing our instruments (AMS, Chopin, Unity Scientific lines) so customers can see them in action Helping customers validate and transfer methods without headaches Traveling to customer sites for demos, training, and troubleshooting Backing up the sales team when technical questions come up, objections, competitor comparisons, that kind of thing Keeping good notes in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks Passing along what you learn from customers to our product team Helping train new folks as the team grows

    What were hoping you bring

    The practical stuff

    Full-time, exempt Reports to the Country Manager, North America Based at our Westborough, MA headquarters, with up to 50% travel
