    Job Summary

    The Application Specialist provides enterprise‑level support for Cantex's suite of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including Homecare Home Base, PointClickCare, Netsmart myUnity, and NetHealth. This role diagnoses application issues, assists users with troubleshooting, collaborates with software vendors, and delivers clear, step‑by‑step guidance to end users. The Application Specialist also creates documentation, maintains knowledge base resources, and ensures timely resolution of application‑related tickets.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping users, explaining technical concepts clearly, and supporting healthcare applications in a fast‑paced environment.
