Position Overview
Stealth is seeking a detail-oriented Application Screening Analyst to review applications and supporting documentation for a federal program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow established procedures, handle sensitive information appropriately, and document discrepancies clearly and accurately.
This is an
anticipated full-time, onsite position in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. The final work arrangement will be confirmed during recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review identity, citizenship or residency, driving history, and other authorized background information for completeness and consistency.
- Identify conflicting records, obtain missing documentation, and refer complex cases for further review.
- Contact applicants or authorized representatives professionally and prepare clear correspondence.
- Maintain electronic case records and route complete screening packages to the appropriate reviewers.
- Meet established accuracy and processing standards while safeguarding personal information.
Required Qualifications
- Experience reviewing applications, compliance records, background information, or comparable sensitive case documentation.
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures, reconcile discrepancies, and recognize issues requiring escalation.
- Strong attention to detail, written communication, and professional telephone skills.
- Proficiency with electronic records, email, and standard office software.
- Ability to complete required training for authorized information systems and maintain required recertifications.
- Ability to meet applicable customer screening, facility access, information protection, and system access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in federal program support, credentialing, eligibility review, or suitability screening.
- Experience handling restricted-access records or working in a measured production environment.
