Application Programmer III

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Application Programmer III. This role involves supporting and resolving queries related to the Market Risk space, managing alerts and monitoring, and coordinating with various development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of Production Support experience.
• Strong SQL Knowledge.
• Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-regional team.
• Working knowledge of ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk.
• Working knowledge of Autosys and Bob jobs.
• Working knowledge with Tableau.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with metrics reporting.
• Experience in coordinating Business Continuity testing.
• Experience in organizing and running meetings independently for issue resolution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve business queries for Market Risk space.
• Manage user query mailbox effectively and ensure timely and appropriate response for all user queries.
• Respond to and resolve feed and batch support items, manage alerts and monitoring.
• Utilize framework tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, DynaTrace, and Splunk for updates and report production.
• Provide timely and accurate user notifications and manage escalations when needed.
• Documentation and knowledge management.
• Coordinate resolutions with various development teams.
• Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and related paperwork.
• Identify scope for automation to reduce manual, repeating tasks.
