Application Programmer III

Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $62-$67/hr on W2

Introduction

Responsible for hands-on development, enhancing, modifying, and/or maintaining applications in the Global Financial Crimes environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug, and document programs/activities. Work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria are met for application changes. In-depth knowledge of development tools and languages is a must. This is an individual contributor role with the ability to partner with multiple Technology teams to implement the target architecture and migration to strategic platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 10 years of full stack experience in Java end-to-end application development.
• Must have 4 years of Angular experience
• Must have Strong core Java skills including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC, and knowledge of Java profiling tools
• Knowledge of performance tuning data-intensive applications
• Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills
• Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative tech-based solutions
• Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Software development using agile methodology and processes
• Degree from an outstanding university
• Background in enterprise stress testing
• Knowledge and/or experience working within the Elastic, Hadoop, Teradata, or other big data distributed ecosystem
• Knowledge of cloud computing or distributed computing
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks
• Experience in financial services or a related industry
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
