    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Application Processing Coordinator to join our remote administrative operations team. This entry-level position is responsible for reviewing incoming applications and electronic submissions, checking documentation for completeness, updating processing statuses, and ensuring information is routed correctly through established workflows.

    The Application Processing Coordinator serves as an important part of the back-office operations process. You will help ensure applications and requests are organized, properly documented, and ready for review by the appropriate team or department.

    This is primarily a computer-based administrative position and is ideal for individuals who are organized, comfortable following structured procedures, and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple assignments.

    Previous processing experience is not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and review electronic applications and submissions.

    • Check applications for required fields and supporting documentation.

    • Confirm that submitted information meets basic processing requirements.

    • Update application statuses within company systems.

    • Create and maintain electronic application records.

    • Organize supporting documents and attach them to the appropriate records.
