Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications adhering to Enterprise policies and standards. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system. It also requires taking ownership of the application/product, supporting client applications, coordinating with multiple teams to find and remediate vulnerabilities, and managing Security Assessments and AuditsResponsibilitiesDevelop and support software applicationsEnsure that risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on time and per requirements for the applications they support.Assist with audit exams and risk assessments for the applications.Track and support the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams Work closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure the application meets bank requirements.Works with infrastructure teams to ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes are establishedThis is not a hands on developer position. This is an individual contributor Application Manager or Technical Program Manager type position.Required Qualifications8+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years focused on Java backend development.Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to lead complex cross functional initiativesExperience with the delivery of complex technology projects or solutionsExperience working with a technology delivery teamExperience with application security, vulnerability remediation, threat modelingExperience partnering with production supportExperience working with or in TI to deliver hardware solutionsHighly effective relationship and communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects/requestsDesired QualificationsKnowledge of and experience with enterprise security policies, programs, procedures, and systemsGood understanding on Cyber Security principlesExperience with DevOps, SecDevOps Skills:Application DevelopmentArchitectureCollaborationDevOps PracticesRisk ManagementAnalytical ThinkingData ManagementFinancial ManagementSolution Delivery ProcessTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAgile PracticesAutomationResult OrientationSolution DesignTest EngineeringShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
