What You Will Do:


+ Develop technical proposals of how the organization's products and services can meet customer needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.

+ Develop and deliver sales presentations and respond to technical questions regarding the organization's product, system, or service.

+ Estimate the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the organization's products and services to meet customer needs.

+ Liaise with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed according to customer needs.

+ Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation.

+ Train customers on the features of the product or service they have purchased.


Minimum Qualifications:


+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

+ 2 years of experience

+ Candidate must be authorized to work in the US, no Visa sponsorship offered for this position.

+ Expertise to provide technical advice during larger or difficult negotiations, or with customer who are of strategic importance to the organization.

+ Interact politely and professionally with customers and /or coworkers

+ Strong customer skills including the ability to explain and train.

+ Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively

+ Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs

+ Work in an unsupervised environment

+ Read, write, and speak English fluently

+ Use a computer to communicate, create, and access data

+ Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

+ Sitting: May sit for extended periods of time.

+ Moving around the office: Moving between desk and file cabinets and/or office equipment.

+ Repetitive motion: Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer.

+ The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal;


+ The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
