Würth is looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor of Science degree from a university's school of engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, Eng. Technology, or related field) to provide technical support for multiple engineering disciplines.
As an Application Engineer in Training, you will work directly with customer engineering teams to identify and implement fastener solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and support manufacturing efficiency. After 9-12 months, you will transition into a permanent role based on your interests and business needs.
This role is based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm

Pay: Starting at $60,000
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
