    Application Engineer
    Onsite | Direct Hire

    We're seeking an experienced Application Engineer to combine technical engineering expertise with customer-facing sales support. This Application Engineer role will partner with customers, sales teams, and engineering to develop fluid system solutions, support product applications, identify new opportunities, and contribute to new and enhanced product development.

    Ideal Application Engineer Candidate: A technically strong Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving customer challenges, developing practical engineering solutions, and working cross-functionally between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Product Development.

    Key Responsibilities of this Application Engineer:

    • Partner with sales teams and customers to develop technical solutions for fluid system applications.

    • Provide engineering and application support throughout the sales and customer engagement process.

    • Identify customer needs, product gaps, and opportunities for new or enhanced products.

    • Support product development efforts from concept through implementation.

    • Serve as a technical resource during customer meetings, presentations, and industry trade shows.

    • Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver effective customer solutions.


    Qualifications for the Application Engineer:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

    • 3–5 years of experience designing mechanical assemblies for fluid system applications.

    • Experience with plastics, metals, machining, molding, and assembly techniques.

    • Experience developing, implementing, or improving mechanical product designs.

    • Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.

    • Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
