**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Managing all operations within the service facility, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Leading and mentoring a team of Repair Technicians
- Collaborating with our Midwest Service Center to optimize repair workflows
- Providing technical support to the Sales team, including advice and estimation of costs and timelines
- Diagnosing spindle failures and recommending improvements for enhanced performance
- Finalizing and reviewing spindle evaluation reports to generate precise repair quotes
- Efficiently scheduling repairs based on the skills and expertise of team members
- Conducting thorough reviews of Final Repair Reports to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction

**Desired Qualifications:**
- In-depth knowledge of high-speed rotating equipment and their bearing applications
- Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background with the capacity for detailed equipment analysis
- Expertise in analyzing bearing and mechanical component failures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
