Application Developer – MS Dynamics CRM Support
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Dynamics resource to join our clients corporate applications team, with a primary focus on supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. This role will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards within Dynamics CRM and related BI tools.
• Automate routine tasks and system interactions using PowerShell scripts.?
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures for CRM data management.
• Assist with job scheduling and workflow automation using tools like Zena or equivalent.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and customization.
• Proficiency in:
  • CRM configuration and workflows
  • PowerShell scripting
  • SQL Server (queries and stored procedures)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and collaboration abilities.
