Job Description


Required skills: Role Overview We are looking for motivated developers to support large-scale legacy application migration to AWS using approved AI tools, standardized playbooks, and a factory-based delivery model. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing application codebases, architecture, dependencies, and business logic using approved AI-assisted tools. Support code conversion, remediation, and migration activities based on predefined migration patterns and technical guidelines. Understand application functionality and develop test cases, regression tests, and validation scripts to ensure functional equivalence. Collaborate with DevOps, testing, infrastructure, application owners, and client stakeholders to resolve migration issues. Follow standardized migration processes, document findings, and contrib Nice to have skills: and contribute to continuous improvement and automation. Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in application development using Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies. Basic understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and regression testing. Willingness to learn approved AI coding assistants and code-analysis tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred: Exposure to AWS, cloud migration, legacy applications, automated testing, or AI-assisted development.
