, a leading accounting firm, is looking to hire an
Application Developer – (HRMS/Oracle HCM) in
Indianapolis, IN (Remote).Pay Rate Range: $75/hr - $95/hr on W2 (DOE)
Responsibilities:- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and recruiting processes.
- Lead and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations for U.S.-based clients.
- Analyze recruiting business processes, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle solutions.
- Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 and background check processes.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and offshore teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing for HRMS production and development environments.
- Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and recruiting business processes.
- Prior experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for U.S.-based clients.
- Experience identifying gaps between recruiting requirements and Oracle product functionality.
- Experience leading or supporting First Advantage integrations for I-9 and background checks.
- Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
- Experience with HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and/or Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing experience.
- Ability to work effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
