Application Consultant - Charlotte, NC - Contract - W2/C2C - $37-47 per HR

Description

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead data migration initiatives. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, and requires the candidate to work onsite. The role involves designing and executing data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with multiple teams. The candidate should be proficient in data analysis and familiar with modern tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead migration processes including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • Automate validation tasks using analytics and scripting tools.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track migration metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to define data requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with database/application migrations and ETL pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and discrepancy resolution.
