Application Architect III-US

We are seeking a senior Application Architect III to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for projects within the Customer Billing Systems (Customer Service System - Customer/1) platform. The role partners closely with project managers and leads internal and vendor technical resources to deliver complex application solutions.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior Application Architect III to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for projects within the Customer Billing Systems (Customer Service System - Customer/1) platform.
The role partners closely with project managers and leads internal and vendor technical resources to deliver complex application solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead application architecture and technical design efforts for CSS initiatives
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the SDLC (design through implementation)
• Serve as the technical interface between development teams, vendors, and project management
• Identify application-level risks and support mitigation planning
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution in complex environments

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8 10 years of experience with Customer Billing Systems, specifically CSS (Customer/1)
• 8 years working in a formal SDLC environment
• Experience working in utility or regulated environments
• Strong application architecture and systems integration experience
• Proven experience leading technical teams (internal and vendor)
• Ability to manage and influence vendors and hold them accountable

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or similar
