Job Description:

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Technical Lead.
• Good understanding of telecom service assurance, ticketing, incident management, or operational support systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ITSM workflows, CMDB, or enterprise ticketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API-based integration, REST/SOAP services, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot or similar enterprise application platforms.
• Good understanding of databases, data modeling, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Ability to analyze complex legacy systems and define modernization paths.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
Ability to create architecture diagrams, design documents, interface specifications, and technical roadmaps
