Application Analyst

The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Location: Remote

Duration: ASAP thru January 15, 2027 to cover LOA

Hours: M-F, 8-5 and as needed based on business requirements

Bill Rate: Target bill rate close to ***/hour

To Note:
Projects and work efforts in-flight include: Security, Rehab, and the Mid-Wilshire move. Additionally, they have responsibilities over the Kaleidoscope, Dermatology, and Bones modules.

Requirements:
-EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
-Security certification or experience preferred
-Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred
-Outpatient Rehab, Dermatology, and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred

Job Description:
Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
