    Description

    Position: Application Analyst I, ERP
    Location: Neenah, WI 54956 
    Duration: 10/26/2026 – 10/01/2027
    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week
    Work Arrangement: 100% Remote or Hybrid (Manager will accept either. If working onsite, office is located in Neenah, WI.)

    Requirements

    Required Experience

    • Previous Workday Financials Application Analyst experience.

    • Understanding of database structures and elements.

    • Experience supporting and maintaining Workday Finance applications.

    • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

    • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

    Required Education

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • Workday Certification (required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire).

    Preferred Experience

    • At least 1 year of ERP systems or database management experience.

    • At least 1 year of project management experience.

    • Working knowledge of Workday Supply Chain modules.

    Position Summary

    The Application Analyst I, ERP (Workday Finance) is responsible for supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the Workday Finance platform while maintaining working knowledge of Supply Chain modules. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues, improve business processes, maintain foundational data and configurations, and support reporting and integrations across the ERP platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Support maintenance of Workday configuration, including setup and functional configuration.

    • Support multiple Workday modules including Financial Accounting, Payroll, Projects, Project Billing, Accounts Payable, Expense, Procurement, Planning, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, and EDI Integrations.

    • Gather requirements, create, and maintain data and configuration changes to support evolving business processes.

    • Partner with business teams to identify system pain points, determine root causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions.

    • Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution while maintaining documentation in the ticket tracking system.

    • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Workday solutions.

    • Design and develop custom reports for business users.

    • Identify opportunities for business process improvements using Workday best practices.

    • Configure and administer Workday security in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    • Support Workday release activities and system enhancements.

    • Coordinate with vendor technical support and operational leaders to resolve application issues.

    • Assist with system integrations and risk mitigation strategies related to ERP implementation and maintenance.

    • Engage with the ERP Steering Committee to support decision-making and resource planning for the Workday platform.
