    $45,000 - $63,000

    About this Position

    The Application Administrator acts as a functional expert for Registrar’s Office (RO) managed enterprise software systems and plays an important role in functional software support and implementations. This person has responsibility for working with RO, IT, and departmental/college users to ensure enterprise applications operate in a manner that enables OSU to meet its goals and needs. This person must take a broad, cross-departmental view of the organization, understand organizational structures, departmental policies, and specific processes and procedures to leverage system capabilities. They must also promote effective use of all enterprise applications to meet organizational goals and needs.

    Required Qualifications

    • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
    • Four years’ related work experience.

      Post-secondary education may be substituted for work experience.

      Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Ability to understand multiple complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users with questions.

    Strong analytical skills and functional expertise in software administration.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

    Ability to deliver effective customer service and training for users with varied technological skills and background.
