    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

    Achieve within 2 years of employment, Level 1 Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. (ADEQ) State certification as Water Operator (treatment and distribution) or Wastewater Operator (collection and treatment) is required

    Valid Driver's License and CDL Class "A" with Hazmat Endorsement (subject to motor vehicle record review). For OITs, required to obtain a CDL Class "A" with Hazmat Endorsement within 6 months from date of employment.

    Monitor, Evaluate, and Adjust Disinfection

    Laboratory Analysis

    Install Equipment

    Operate Equipment

    Perform Maintenance

    Perform Security, Safety, and Administrative Procedures

    WASTEWATER COLLECTION:

    Operate Equipment

    Evaluate and Maintain Equipment

    Maintain and Restore Collection System

    Maintain Lift Stations

    Monitor, Evaluate, and Adjust Collection System

    Perform Security, Safety, and Administrative Procedures

    WASTEWATER TREATMENT:

    Evaluate Physical Characteristics of Waste stream

    Perform Security, Safety, and Administrative Procedures

    Evaluate and Maintain Equipment

    Operate Equipment
