Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for appliance service
• Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
• Estimate the costs of appliance repair, and service
• Repair appliances
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
• Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Qualifications 

• Appliance repair certification preferred
• 3 years previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is required
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Excellent customer service skills
