    Key Responsibilities:

    - Diagnose and repair home appliances with precision
    - Provide transparent cost estimates for repairs and installations
    - Collect payment and maintain professional communication with clients
    - Ensure efficient use of materials and keep your company vehicle in top shape
    - Complete daily invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports
    - Embrace opportunities for cross-training in related roles

    Requirements:

    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
    - Strong understanding of repair techniques and appliance components
    - Excellent communication and customer service skills
    - Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
    - Must pass a background check and be at least 18 years old
    - Comfortable with tablet technology
    - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
    - Work Environment:

    This role involves various physical demands, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting. The schedule is flexible with no weekend hours, allowing for a great work-life balance.
