• Has experience driving a box truck safely and responsibly

• Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service

• Is dependable, punctual, and accountable

• Treats customers, coworkers, and their homes with respect

• Communicates professionally and courteously

• Is physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances safely

• Solves problems calmly and maintains a positive attitude

• Represents the company with integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company box truck while following all traffic laws and company safety standards

• Deliver appliances to customers' homes safely, efficiently, and professionally

• Load, unload, and secure appliances to prevent damage during transport

• Install appliances when required and verify proper operation before leaving

• Protect customers' homes during deliveries by using proper equipment and care

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding deliveries and installations

• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and thoroughly

• Perform routine inspections and basic care of the company vehicle

• Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Experience driving a box truck preferred

• Ability to safely lift and move 75+ pounds on a regular basis

• Ability to use appliance moving equipment safely and effectively

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lake Charles, LA before your start date
