Position Purpose
Supervise Nutrition Program Congregate and Home Delivered meal service operation to persons 60 years and older.

What does a candidate need to do to be successful in this role in the first year?
Success in the first year as a Meal Site Manager will include effectively coordinating daily meal site operations, volunteers, and food service activities while providing welcoming, respectful service to participants. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with older adults, individuals with disabilities, volunteers, and community partners; follow State and Federal Nutrition Program requirements; adapt to changing needs; and effectively manage multiple priorities in a community-focused environment.
