About the Role:Design House LA Corp is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Apparel Admin Assistant to join our team in the heart of Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the apparel design and production teams
- Manage and maintain product data, style sheets, and tech packs across internal systems
- Coordinate communication between vendors, buyers, and internal departments
- Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up
- Organize and maintain sample logs, fabric swatches, and design documentation
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office administration
- Help prepare line sheets, presentations, and seasonal product materials
Requirements:- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or retail
- Familiarity with apparel production processes, terminology, and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced fashion environment
- Experience with PLM, ERP, or inventory management systems is a plus
