WWDR also offers programs to help developers connect with experts, learn about the latest Apple tools and technologies, and adopt best practices to supercharge app development. **Description** The App Review Board team is a critical part of the App Review process, serving as a dedicated resource for developers to appeal decisions, receive detailed feedback on their app’s review, and suggest changes to the guidelines. We investigate appeals across all platforms and guidelines, collaborate closely with App Review, and partner with internal teams to address developer concerns effectively. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional developer experience by handling every appeal with expertise, integrity, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes. This role demands a detail-oriented mindset, strong investigative skills, a comprehensive understanding of the App Review Guidelines, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment. **Minimum Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in App Review or a comparable field + Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution **Preferred Qualifications** + Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems + Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, present information effectively, and influence outcomes + Genuine curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and improving developer experience + Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and manage a demanding workload in a dynamic environment + Positive, adaptable, and results-driven approach to work + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
