Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Hematology Oncology, Nurse Practitioner - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch
• 
  
• First call coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for symptom support and treatment management, with escalation to MD for consult as needed
• 
  
• Patient variety includes on-treatment patients as well as follow-up visits for surveillance and survivorship patients
• 
  
• Provider will be assigned to a care team alongside an attending physician
• 
  
• Approximately 12 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applicable after 10 hours
• 
  
• Board certification required; minimum board certification eligible accepted
• 
  
• Fellowship experience required
• 
  
• Long-term housing may be available if needed
