    Opportunity Details

    • Position Type: Full-time 1.0 FTE
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5p
    • Location: Livingston/Ann Arbor, Michigan
    • Specialty: Hem/Onc
    • Team Size:19 physicians, 14 APPs
    • Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows

    Requirements

    • Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (ACNP, ONCC, ACAGNP credentials only) ONCC and/or ACNP preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology required.
    • Please confirm relevant clinical experience required No specific requirements.
    • Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
    • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • DEA license
    • BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Yes, ACLS/BLS required

    Duties & Responsibilities

     A typical day may include:

    • Providing direct patient care
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
    • Participating in teaching and mentoring
    • Documenting in Epic EMR
    • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
    • Supporting community health efforts
    • In-basket management
    • Covering Provider in-boxes who are out of office
    • Provide coverage for Infusion Center
