Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will:
- Support Project Managers and Project Executives in the planning and execution of government construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project schedules, milestones, procurement activities, and critical deliverables.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and help maintain financial performance objectives.
- Communicate project updates and coordinate activities between field and office teams.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records.
- Support construction activities within secure and mission-critical environments.
- Assist with project closeout, punch list management, and turnover documentation.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or project coordination.
- Experience supporting commercial or government construction projects.
- Exposure to federal construction projects and government contracting environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
