• Manage day-to-day construction operations on active job sites.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Conduct daily site walks and ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance across the project site.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, productivity issues, and scheduling challenges.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site logs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers regarding project budgets, procurement, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure successful project turnover and closeout activities.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on active construction sites.
• Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
