Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience Experience supporting commercial construction projects, preferably with budgets in the multimillion-dollar range Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment Field experience or direct exposure to jobsite operations is highly preferred Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
