Description

Sr. integration developer / API Integration Engineer /AML & Sanctions
Locations: Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, or Atlanta (open to EST based remote)

Interview Process: 1 interview with the hiring manager and a peer Software Engineering Manager.

The person joining will be heavily involved in designing and developing the API/integration layer supporting this transformation.

Preferred Technical Skills

REST API design and development
Java / Spring Boot is the likely development stack
OpenShift / Kubernetes deployment experience
API authentication/security:
- OAuth 2.0
- JWT
- mTLS
Enterprise integration patterns
JSON payload transformation
Kafka and/or IBM MQ
Cloud networking
Strong understanding of API security
MuleSoft / Informatica exposure is beneficial
Experience deploying/troubleshooting applications and pods within containerized environments

Key Responsibilities
The engineer will help design and build the integration framework, including:

Build Prediction Integrator interfaces
Design outbound API calls to WorkFusion
Receive and process WorkFusion responses
Integrate with Continuity CMAPI
Build RTP APIs
Design/integrate Negative News APIs
Perform JSON payload transformations
Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS security
Build error handling and automated retry mechanisms
Implement audit logging
Establish monitoring and observability
Support integrations across FircoSoft, WorkFusion, Kafka/MQ, and other enterprise platforms
Support OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments
