APeX Training Coordinator

Work with LMS systems including SumTotal, HealthStream, CornerStone, and other systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and MS Office products. Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as UC Learning Center, Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar platforms.

Summary:

• Work Mode: Hybrid-0800-1700 Mon-Fri (occasional weekends, evenings)
• Location: The Embarcadero, Mission Bay, Parnassus, Oakland

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as UC Learning Center, Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar platforms.
• Manage training content and curricula, troubleshoot LMS issues, develop reports, and gather business requirements.
• Perform system testing and support end users.
• Collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.
• Work with LMS systems including SumTotal, HealthStream, CornerStone, and other systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and MS Office products.

Requirements:

• Experience with LMS administration and support.
• Strong analytical, technical, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate knowledge of IT areas including LMSs, ServiceNow, and HTML.
• Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting healthcare, Epic/APeX training, or other large-scale learning environments.
• Experience with HTML, ServiceNow, Zoom, and classroom technology.
• Knowledge of business and processes of systems’ training departments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
