What We Offer

• $24.00-$25.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
• Commissions for new leases and renewals.

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospective residents.
• Schedule and conduct community tours, helping prospects evaluate whether the community is the right fit for their housing needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver a professional and responsive experience for current and prospective residents.
• Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
• Participate in community marketing efforts.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
