What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
• Manage budgets, invoices, and monthly reporting
• Supervise office and maintenance teams
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and community performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and eviction processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous onsite apartment Property Manager experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, Entrata, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service
