$15.00-$17.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

Pay & Perks

Earn $15.00-$17.00 per hour (DOE)

Quarterly Bonus - Earn up to $375 every quarter!

Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule from 10AM - 2PM (Hours Vary), giving you flexibility, while earning extra income.

️ What You'll Do

• Keep the community looking its best by maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Minor landscaping such as weeding flower beds and planting flowers
• Clean and maintain common areas, including the leasing office, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces.
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and apartment turns.
• Help prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
• Assist with seasonal property needs as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, apartment communities, or similar work preferred.
• A dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in a job well done.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance or property operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while delivering exceptional results.
