Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
BG Staffing is hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance & Turn Technician to support a residential community. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional experienced in unit turns and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) for new residents
- Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
- Assist with service requests and work orders as needed
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or turn technician experience preferred
- Must have your own tools
- Must have reliable transportation (vehicle required)
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
