    Job Summary
    We’re looking for a skilled ApartmentMaintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations at our our multifamily and villa communities, ensuring all units, systems, and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. 

    The ideal candidate is a reliable team player and a problem solver with prior maintenance experience.  You'll perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to keep our properties running smoothly and our residents satisfied.

    Responsibilities 
    • Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
    • Prepare units for new residents, ensuring high-quality, timely turnovers
    • Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
    • Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
    • Provide courteous, professional communication with residents and staff
    • Maintain accurate service records using maintenance management software
    • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold property appearance standards
    • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
    • 2+ years of maintenance experience (residential or multifamily maintenance preferred)
    • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of safely transporting tools, ladders, and supplies
    • Available to participate in on call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests after-hours and weekends
    • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
    Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
