$20.00 to $22.00 per hour |

As our Apartment Maintenance Technician, based at Chelsea Park Apartments in Taylor, MI, you'll step in where help is needed most-tackling HVAC fixes, knocking out work orders, and speeding up unit turns-all while bringing hands-on support to this 160 unit beautiful luxury community!

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• On Call: On call twice a month for emergency maintenance coverage and help with snow removal
• Driver's License & Ride: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
