    Wolff Properties is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience in the multifamily industry. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.  

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
    • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
    • Turn units for move-in, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
    • Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, and washers/dryers
    • Troubleshoot and perform basic to intermediate HVAC repairs, including filter changes, thermostat replacements, and minor system diagnostics
    • Maintain daily pool operations in accordance with health and safety standards
    • Preserve the property's curb appeal, cleanliness, and functionality
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance shops
    • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
    • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

    REQUIREMENTS
