Position Details
Responsibilities
Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally
Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
Basic plumbing repairs
Electrical troubleshooting
Appliance diagnostics and repair
Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Respond to resident service requests with a friendly, professional attitude
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards
