Position Overview

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property. You'll be responsible for completing work orders, assisting with day-to-day upkeep, and supporting the maintenance team to ensure residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Lunch: 30-minute break included
• Pay Rate: $21 per hour
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general repairs such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
• Assist with porter duties and maintain property grounds (cleanliness, trash removal, curb appeal)
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing property needs and projects
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional environment for residents and guests

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• No certifications required - we're open to training the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable performing physical work and being on your feet throughout the day
