Position Details:

Role: Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

On-Call: 1 week every 4 weeks

Pay: $22 - $24/hr (DOE) + On-Call + Quarterly Bonus

Location: 1909 31st Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle daily work orders based on priority

Make-Readies & Unit Turns

Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining

️ HVAC & Ventilation Tasks

Grounds Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance

Keep work areas neat and organized

Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation

What You'll Need:

️ 1+ years of general maintenance experience

️ HVAC Certification (Preferred)

️ EPA License (Preferred)

️ CPO Certification (Preferred)

️ Skilled in:

• Drywall, Carpentry, Painting
• Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.)
• Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)
• Water Heater (gas & electric)

️ A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
