About the Role We're looking for someone who is good with their hands, takes pride in their work, and enjoys fixing things right the first time. This role is responsible for getting apartment units ready for new residents, including painting, repairs, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything is move-in ready. We will train the right person who shows effort, attitude, and attention to detail.
