Key Requirements:

Maintenance, handyman, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or general repairs required
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Must have valid DL with clean MVR
Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Shifts:

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours weekly
