BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL (32209). This role is ideal for a certified maintenance professional who can handle daily repairs, troubleshoot systems, and maintain high property standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
