Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Stonehenge Gates Apartments in Flint Township.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours.

Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:

• $19 - $21.00 an hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Knowledge of plumbing
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
