HVAC Maintenance Technician - AMLI Arts Center (Atlanta, GA)
Looking for a new opportunity as a maintenance professional? AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.
This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.
What You'll Do:
Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
Complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort
Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to make-ready condition with strong attention to detail
Respond promptly to service requests, including air conditioning and HVAC-related issues
Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance
EPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required
Experience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic to intermediate HVAC repairs independently
Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
