We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community, Venue at Lakewood Ranch, in Bradenton, FL.

Our Maintenance Supervisors play a critical role in creating an exceptional living experience for residents. In this leadership position, you'll oversee all aspects of community maintenance, lead a service team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards. What We Offer
AIR offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:
- Base pay of $30-$33/hr. plus a 15% target bonus opportunity. Compensation will be based on your skills and experience as they relate to the position.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
- Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
- Ensure property follows / in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety
- Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
